hey , im new here - hoping to get lots of ideas and support - i am nearly 18 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and got gestational diabetes so for me s/w is very important to keep my sugars low!!! - i am only allowed to do extra easy days though - but this suits me down to the ground as this is what i have been following since it came in a years ago. i was just wondering if there were any other pregnant ladies here- and how well you do on plan whislt pregnant - my first pregnancy i gained 4stone second pregnancy i continued at slimming world and started off at 13st 9lbs and once i had had her a week later i was 11st 6 lb - unfortunatley i always put the weight back on eventually this is about my 5th attempt at s/w over the last 12 years:cry:so starting weight is now 13st 1.5lbs - i would at least like to try and maintain that weight anyway enough waffling- nice to meet u all

Welcome to minimins! I'm not preg but we are ttc after a miscarriage earlier this year. Will be first time so I've no idea how it's going to affect my weight but I'm using slimming world to try and focus myself on loosing weight before the dead as I'm scared of being told off by the medical profession for being overweight.

Hi there

I'm 24 weeks pregnant. I'm trying to maintain but TBH I'm not really counting syns etc but just watching what I eat.

I've not weighed myself in ages but I was a size 16-18 in normal clothes and i've 1 pair of my priginal trousers that fit and my maternity jeans are a size 16 & keep falling down so guess I've not put on much. Today I've a pair of dorothy perkins size 16 (not mat) trousers on & they're falling down.

I'm not always hungry but I try & eat 3 regular meals & have all my fruit/veg but as I've said don't count syns. If i fancy something i.e choc, icecream I just have it.

I've got to have that diabetes test at the end of the month

Sorry if this is a bit of a waffle but welcome. BBx
