Too Hot to Cook! And 101 Other Excuses...

It was sooooo hot this weekend... I just couldnt face putting the oven on, I live in flat and its always hot, never mind when its 30 degrees outside...

That is my poor excuse for eating half a french stick with cheese and ham yesterday.

I'm so p*ssed off with myself, how come I can always find an excuse NOT to do the right thing?!

ARGH!!

I also used that excuse and am now feeling miserable! Had a huge chinese last night, oh well no-one to blame but myself. We shall be fine, just get back on it again today and when its still hot later just eat things out of the fridge like a nice big chicken salad

Mine is usually too tired to cook! Had a chinese on Friday night, a "good" one but I should have cooked.

Tonight it is salad and burgers. Not too much cooking involved - phew!!

Yeah salad and burgers is a good shout, I've done my weekly shop so need to use up what I've got... moussaka for me (SW version!) so going to be hot hot hot!!

Salads all week after that! xxx

I think there are worse things you could have eaten then a baguette with cheese and ham.
