A New Beginning

Hello, my name is Cally and this is my 1st ever entry on a forum of any find.
I started Lipotrim this morning and haven't found it too hard as yet, but I know tomorrow won't be quite so easy.
I am determined to succeed this time. I know how much better I feel even after just lossing a few pounds so imagine the difference after a few stone.
I am aiming to lose 5 stone in 4 months on Lipotrim. Is that possible? Have you done it? and have you managed to maintain it?
I really need some support from people in the same boat and am very keen to support others, so let's stop wishing about what we can achieve and start actually doing it.
Along with Lipotrim I plan on walking for even just half an hour each day, which I aim to increase over time.
What do you think is a realistic small change that you think you can make that will help you to succeed in having a weight loss this week?

Let's do this.....

Cally - welcome to LT and best of luck - walking is definitely good and if you haven't already got one, get a pedometer which really helps to spur you on. I'm doing tons of extra exercise because now I know for sure that it will increase my calorie gap even more - which means faster weight loss. I've also started doing weights to keep everything tight when the fat vanishes.

Hi and welcome Cally and well done for getting through day 1. Stick with it for the first week and it all becomes second nature and so much easier.

The walking is a great idea! I found last time that walking really helped to get me more toned up and I also had really good steady losses each week, about 3-4lbs a week, which I was really pleased with.

Come on here any time you need advice or just a chat, there's always someone here to help out.

Good luck and I look forward to seeing what you've lost next week!
