Hello fellow happy "loosers"!!!:D

I'm just about to cook "macaroni cheese bake" from the recipe archive, but it says in the recipe to buy "very low fat yoghurt". Well I've just got back from the co-op and they only sell "low fat yoghurt". This woman is probably nuts, you are all probably thinking right about now, but can someone please tell me whether this is the yoghurt I need???

It says here per 100g it is 65 kcal if that's of any help!

Recipe will still be ok with the yogurt you have bought but you will probably need to syn it. Not sure on the syn value as haven't got access to website this week as didn't make WI. But I bought Tesco Low Fat yogurt and it was 0.5 syn per 100g. Hope this sort of helps.

So sorry - I've just found where to look up syns, I can't believe how good the syns bit is! A 500g pot is indeed 5 syns.

Thanks for the heads up!
