I have been dieting for my holidays in September. However, today my sister and our kids have booked an unexpected holiday for 10th July - 2 weeks time

I feel too fat to go, but I am not going to let my weight spoil my life. I have been to this hotel before, it's AI and I never took advantage of it, I hardly ate because I was too frightened I put weight on. This time round, I have decided to enjoy it.

So, Turkey here I come in 2 weeks time

Maybe just try and stick with sensible choices so that you can still eat and not worry about dieting

hi mia im also going ai to turkey in 2 wks! last year while doing cd i went and eat / drank and put on 10lbs but it came off within couple of days ss on return! go and enjoy, this diet is rescricting enough, im not letting it rule my holiday, dont go away often enough to sit there sipping a milkshake lol

I agree with lifetimeloser, life is for living and I'm not doing what I did in the past. I never really take advantage of AI, but this time I am going to eat and drink what I want. Yes, I am overweight, but I am not going to spoil my life for it.

BTW, I wanted a dress from Next for ages. Took the 18 and the 16 into the changing room today. Guess which one I boutht??? THE SIZE 14

Which part of Turkey are you going to? The good thing about AI is that you can be as good as you like as there's always lots of choice. We went AI to Turkey and the food was excellent.

my sisters over in turkey AI right now and loving it

ast time i was in turkey i found it too hot to eat in the day time and was living on tiny portions of what i liked at night, still came home after 2 weeks weighing less than when i travelled out, lol

We went to Club Letoonia in Fethiye. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
