Cambridge or Lipotrim?

Hi
I just wanted to say hello, I've just joined the site and am hoping that I'll be able to find loads of support and help and maybe even offer some myself. I'm getting married in August, 7 weeks on Monday and need to loose some weight, not just for the big day but generally too.

I had tried Cambridge at the start of the year but fell off the wagon and have never managed to get back on but have now found my motivation again. I just don't know whether to start back to Cambridge or give Lipotrim a try so would love to hear advice from those who have maybe tried both or are very positive about one or the other.
I'm looking forward to hearing from everyone.

Cambridge diet has ALOT more choice hun, there have been alot on the cambridge diet forum that have been on LT and moved over. :D Congratulations on your wedding hehe, not long now eh you must be very excited :) xxxx

I think Cambridge has the edge (well for me anyway), it has a lot more variety and flexibilty in the steps etc.
I have done Lipotrim, then moved over to Cambridge for the extra flavours, and the ease of tetra packs and edible bars (I found the Lipotrim ones like sawdust).

Choose whichever is best for you at this moment in time, your wedding is not far away (oooohhhh bet you're so excited) and you don't need any extra stress.

This forum is good for support, and we're all here to help and motivate if you need it.

Thanks, I actually have some cambridge shakes left so sounds like I'll be starting on them, although they're harder to get and I usually stick to chocolate anyway so may move to lipotrim once I run out. Is there one that seems to be quicker than the other? I have a dress fitting in two weeks so need a quickish start and after that I can cope with it slowing down. How much do you think I could loose in two weeks and then after that? Is there an average? I am 15stone 3 and would love to get to 14 stone for the wedding, would be fab.
Thanks in advance and sorry for the 101 questions

The weight loss on Cambridge and Lipotrim are the same...

In the first month you lose the most and you could be looking at around a stone and a half, perhaps more or less all depends as everyone is so different...then each month after that the average is a stone a month.

In the first two weeks you lose mostly glycogen, glycogen is stored in the body with water...again this is unique to everyone but the average is about 10lb the first week and the average for the second week is 4lb.

If you look at the signatures of those who are on Lipotrim or Cambridge a good few members record their weekly losses so that will give you a good idea especially if they have their starting weight and height in their profiles.
