Christopher's Diary

Hey guys this is my first week at SW. I had previously lost 6 stone on the WW plan but recently put about 2 stone of it back on. I just found it too easy to have anything I wanted as long as I counted it in the points. But for me it just spilled over and before I knew it I wasnt dieting anymore.

Anyways here are my diaries for the week so far, please comment on any areas that you think I may have made a mistake with free foods, syns etc.

Tues 22/06/10

Breakfast -
2 Boiled eggs (FF)
1 Slice of toast & tsp Low fat spread (HE & 1syn)
Banana (FF)

Mid morning snack -
Apple (SF)

Lunch -
3 Crackerbread (3syns)
Half tub of FF cottage cheese (FF)
Plum tomatoes (SF)
Pickled onions (FF)
1 can of tuna (FF)
1 shape zero yogurt (FF)

Afternoon snack -
1 Apple (SF)
Strawberries (SF)
Shape zero yogurt (FF)

Dinner -
Noodles prepared (I counted as Free but found out they werent oops)
Chicken breast sliced fried in fly light with soy sauce. (FF)
mushrooms (SF)
Diced Ham (FF)

Evening snack -
Milk for tea (1 syn)
2 Digestives (7 syns)

Quorn sausages (FF)
Mashed potatoes (FF)
Heinz Smokey BBQ Beans (FF)
WW Fat free yougurt (FF)
