and ive only lost another lb :-( i was hoping to get a couple this week for going away but thats 40lb ive lost in 16weeks, so not too bad considering lol

If I have lost what you have in 16 weeks time, I will be ecstatic!
A lb off is all still going in the right direction, and we all know it gets harder the slimmer you get! You have never gained, you are doing brilliantly.
