I was delighted to see that this is only 0.5 syns per 100g. Each portion is 114g. so I suppose counting it as 1 syn is fine. Now I am looking for Birds Eye Haddok Steaks in tomato and herb or white wine and dill sauces. They are 0 syns. Yummy.
