Hi,

I'm finding a bit tricky to find these fat free allowed foods. such as cottage cheese, fromage frais and natural yoghurt.

I can find virtually fat free cottage cheese which i presume is ok? but the fromage frais and yoghurt just seems to be supermarkets "low fat". Is this acceptable?

thanks

It often depends where you go shopping, for example Tesco have their own low fat Normandy fromage frais which is 100% syn free :D, but one supermarket has reduced fat fromage frais which is synned! Asda's one is free I think, the Good For You one :).. their cottage cheese from that range is too

I think you need to look up the syns on Lifeline online before you buy :) x

my tesco keep the fromage frais with the cream and not with the yogurts as you would think they would!
