Hey guys,
I was just wondering, do you lot follow a plan as to which eating plan you're going to do? Ie red, green, red etc.
I'm finding it hard to decide but feeling a bit out of control deciding on the day. I've settled on a red day today as I'm due * week and don't want to be even more bloated than normal...
Also a seperate issue but would greatly appreciate any feedback, do you find taking water tablets near to * week helps with water retention? Only I get so bloated it helps but don't want to feel as if I'm 'cheating' by taking the tablets, if that makes sense
