ps- 150g strawberries
l- brunch pitta
ps- 150g strawberries
t- spag bol
milk 450mls
total = 1200 cals
 
2nd day

b- fruit & fibre(50g) + 10 grapes
ps- 150g strawberries
l- blt sarnie
ps- 12 grapes
t- spicy pork steak, served with a mixed salad ( lettuce,cucumber,beetroot,toms)
milk - 450 mls
calories = 1200
am planning on 1.5-2hrs in gym today
 
Day 3
b- fruit & fibre(50g) + 10 grapes
ps- 20g sultanas
l- chicken noodle soup & wholemeal pitta
ps- 150g strawberries
t- asda ready meal chicken tikka masala & rice
milk - 450 mls
calories = 1200
going to try and a exercise dvd today

exercise - 45 min spin class + 1 hr gym session

l- egg & b.beans on toast
ps- stewed rhubarb & sweetner
t- chicken curry

exercise - 55 min body-pump class + 1 hr gym session
 
Day 7 - Weigh in day

1 cup of coffee


Day 8

l- brunch pitta

t- pork steak, 200g any veg, 115g spuds, gravy, 1tbsp applw sauce

Day 9

exercise - dont know, might go on treadmill later
 
Just read your OOOps post, and after having read your food diary it doesnt look that bad to me. There is hope for that 1lb after all!

t- oven baked spicy salmon & veg

total = 1200 cals
Exercise - Body Pump (gym class), + 700 cals burnt

l- blt sarnie
ps - 20g sultanas
t- ready meal

exercise - nothing, hurt my neck in Body Pump

exercise - treadmill - 700 cals

ps- 150g strawberries
l- chicken noodle soup & wholemeal pitta
ps- 12 grapes
t - 2x sausage, 1x egg, 4x turkey rashers, 115g b.beans
snack - cadbury's light choc mousse (60 cals)
snack - 3x mini milks
milk - 450 mls
total = 1400 cals
exercise -550 cals burnt on treadmill

Day 17 (hopefully I'll stick to it, having a bad day, and its only 8:30am)

l-1/2 bounty bar (130 cals) & 4 biscuits (200 cals)
ps- 200g melon
t- lemon & ginger chicken, spuds & salad
snack-100 cals

total-1280
exercise- managed to burn 1054 calories at the gym, might burn some more later this evening

Noticed you are burning alot of calories on the tread mill, just wondered how long that took you?
 
I spend anywhere between 20 mins & 35 mins every evening on the treadmill, and try and burn a min of 300 cals, the rest I burn at the gym in the mornings, I try and burn at least 1000 cals a day, but my gyms getting revamped, so theres not a lot of machines that I can use, and when I can use them, theres always a que, so cant spend as long as I'd like to

l- 1x slice bread, 205g sketti + 1 egg (300 cals)
ps- 200g melon (50 cals)
t- pork,sage & pineapple burgers x2, + salad (400 cals)

exercise- will do some toning
