BACK!, Well for a couple of weeks

Professor

Guess whos back...
Hello strangers,

So lets cut a long story short eh?
Putting it simply i kinda had a large long-term blip for about the past 2-3months and have regained about 2stone :sigh: and pretty much gave up on SS. I feel i failed myself and my CDC, but whats done is done!

Anyway there you go thats pretty short!
Well its now only 3 weeks (less even) before i start my new adventure and life down-under in NZ. I really want to go over there with a positive mental attitude and also without feeling the urge to eat the NZ Lamb the moment i land!

So even if nothing else for the next 20days i shall be today returning to SS and hoping to at least get some more pounds back off before i get on that plane! Last time round on SS i did manage to do about 1stone every 3weeks, so heres a mad challange of 1stone in 20days? Hmm tough call, but hell lets give it a whirl!

So here i am back on SS Day one all over again!
Time to go through the pain barrier of withdrawal again i suppose!

On a side note, anyone know of any VLCDs or even similar operating in New Zealand? I plan on spending the first couple of months touring around from hotel to hostels, before i move to settling down, so not sure total SS be good-idea / safe or feasabile whilst i doing about twice the exercise i am used to, and hell i may be staying on farms etc and trying to explian to a Kiwi farmer thats just cooked up a huge meal and wondering why i want a glass of water and not his food, could be tricky. So i want to stay in some sort control when i get there but maybe not full on SS, any ideas?

Anyway heres to my first new day on SS, have 6litres of water in front of me and its going to be gone by bedtime!

Good to be back.......
