I've been having a coffee with a little bit of skimmed milk and a bit of sweetner in when I've been really hungry and its helping alot because it does fill me up.
CDC is ordering me a book because she didn't have any in, but I forgot to ask her how much skimmed milk is allowed per day so only been having 1 cup of coffee a day when I really need it, but was wondering if it was possible to have one in the evening too because thats when I start getting hungry (I used to have snacks in the evening in front of the tv, and obviously not doing that anymore lol) I get all my water drunk before 6pm as our 20 month old little boy sleeps in our room and if I'm in and out going to the toilet in the night, it would wake him.
