Im starting this diary , and im a bit new to this but i need the hard evidence to motivate me .

Im 18 but i feel like a veteran in weight loss

2 stone i lost with a combination of weight watchers and exercise
maintained for 6 months and then 2009/2010 it went down hill :(:(:sigh::cry:
so then i hit the fad diets :8855:
Liquids Only Diet - yoghurt, soups, milk etc - epic fail once i learned how i could maintain it
Cereal Diet - Carb overload and hunger
and ive just attempted the dukan attack and it was just so restrictive and boring.

So after going from 2009's - 9st 5 to 2010 12st 1
im back on the simple eat less move more :)

I'm simply going to update my daily eats , movements and weekly weigh in :)

Lets get out of double digits on the scales sensibly

Heya, sounds like you ahve a pretty solid plan, that's what I'm doing at the mo. It's amazing how much eating sensibly and doing a little extra exercise can achieve.
Hope you enjoy the site, I've found it massively helpful, I hope that you will too :)
Best wishes.

Ive learnt the hardway, but still ever so tempted by the quick fixes, i need learn its not a race :)
just need to get myself outside more and away from the fridge ( oh the fridge how i love thee )
All the best with your own goals :)

Yeh the fridge is pretty tempting. Do you live near any country parks or anything, they're always good to get outside and have a proper wander.
Best wishes.

Unfortunately no country parks for me , stuck in a concrete town :(
but ive just got a bike so im going to use that instead of driving short distances , economic and exercise :)
I need to make the friends more aware of the task at hand as i cant handle the temptation in these early stages

Welcome :)

Oh the bike sounds like a good idea! And yeh, economical, petrol is mad expensive at the mo.
Best wishes.
