Hey everyone.
Are Carrot Sticks good for you? The fresh cut ones, and why?
there also peeled so no skin.

Also fresh grape juice?
Good or Bad?
 
Sorry, I thought you were on SW for some reason! Juice of any kind is high in calories because it's a lot of fruit that goes into it and you can drink quite a bit in a short time. Best off stay clear, same with smoothies :(
 
carrot sticks are really good for you! The same goes for fresh juices but you won't be getting the fibre from grape juice like you would from a handful of grapes. If there's a choice then I'd choose a handful of grapes and a glass of water but one portion of 250mls of any fruit juice a day is good for you (just not AS good for you as the actual fruit).

Juices can be full of sugar; do what chocolatecat says and just have a handful of grapes instead - good idea :)
