Well I started back on Mon - and so far so good - on day 2 of green day....dont feel hungry inbetween meals - if I do I reach for fruit and not biscuits
Been to the gym today to do circuits and doing an 8mile run tomorrow.... (might be less due to how hot it is!!!)
Going to a 40th BBQ on Sat - so will do red day - and leave out the bread!!!!
Pop on here everyday for a read - that keeps me going....
have 6 wks until holiday and want to lose 10lbs...fingers crossed..(have more to lose but that is my first target
