I am sure there will be advice here.
I only heard of it yesterday.
I found this on the net and I think it would put me off a bit.
Sometimes, you can’t stop your weight-loss secrets from leaking out.
Dieters have been flocking to drugstores to pick up Alli, the first over-the-counter weight-loss pill to be approved by the Food and Drug Administration, despite the scary warning: Stray too far from your low-fat diet and you just might poop your pants.
The drug’s maker, GlaxoSmithKline, has been up front about the pill’s side effects, suggesting that first timers wear dark pants or bring a change of clothes to work until they get used to the diet pill’s potentially yucky consequences.

I think I read they are a smaller dose of Xenical so side effects will be similar. Xenical works by ridding your body of the fat you eat so if you're on a low fat diet it really doesn't do a lot. My doc put me on them years ago but I was eating rubbish so had awful side effects. I asked a different doctor about them recently because I was thinking of taking it again with SW but he said he's found they work better as a deterent than actually getting rid of fat so not much point if you're already on a low fat diet like SW.

ewww this was featured on a tv program thing a few months back, cant remember what show it was might have been something with Gok in?
anyway, they got a woman to trial it and she did a video diary and she said that along with having to change her underwear several times a day she also had to change her sheets every day because when she woke up loads of fatty liquidy poo had leaked out of her bum!!
sorry for being gross but imho anything that does that to your body cant possibly be doing you any good!! id definitely stay away!!

If you follow SW 100% you do not need any other slimming aids! As per information found online Alli has been tested on rats/mice which then developed colon cancer. Who knows what it will do to humans! Each to their own and if it works for you, but for me the ANAL Leakage is a big warning sign!

Definately going to stay away from that then!! i have been really struggling recently, i lost 1 stone 3.5 lbs but put 2 back on and i keep loosing it and gaining it! its doing my head in :-( i have got 2 more weigh ins untill i go to mexico, do you think i could loose 6 lbs? if so how?? HELP!! x
