Hi everyone, today is the start of me dieting for the last time. I weighed myself this morning and was disgusted by what I saw!!!! I've been trying on and off this year to get back to the weight I was when i got married 6 years ago. I am now 2 stone 12 pounds over that weight. I have successfully done WW twice over the years, but tried unsuccessfully numerous times as not getting properly motivated. I also tried Atkins a few months ago and loved it - I felt great, wasn't hungry, lost weight quick but just found it hard to stick to when out and about. I have since put back on the 12 pounds that I lost in 2 weeks of Atkins. So its back to WW! We are booking a holiday for the end of September to Greece and I want to have a beach body by then!! I have 14 weeks until the holiday so I am going to aim for 1.5-2stone to get rid of by then.
I will update this post everyday with my menus/weigh ins so sorry if it becomes boring!!!!
Aims for this first week:
Stick to 18 points a day
2 litres of water a day
No alcohol apart from Friday and Saturday- even then not excessive!
No take aways
Plan menu for next week
Plan exercise to start next week
