Hi Everyone :wave_cry:

Just wanted peoples views please... my partner and I have been doing Lipotrim and lost quite a bit of weight (approx 3 stone each) and this was over a short space of time, we are wanting a bit more variety and looking at doing Cambridge Diet.

Does anyone know if the weight loss is about equivelent of both diets? Thing I find bizarre is that I could have a bar with some chocolate on and that not take me out of ketosis ... does Cambridge Diet work along the lines of Ketosis?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

Yes Lipotrim, Cambridge and Lighterlife all work in the same sort of way (ketosis wise anyway). The losses are similar :)

Enjoy:)

Hi Loop,

I started off with LP and lost 7st, I change to CD and went on to lose just over 2st. My weight losses were about the same. The reason I changed was CD have far more varity. I was down to 2 flavours on LP and was getting bored.

Funny thing is I enjoyed to LP Peanut flapjack, though It did take me 2 or 3 atempts with gaps of a month or two, then I began to love them. I instantly took to the CD bars:) .

CD have 6 different bars all covered in a thin layer of chocolate:) . The Peanut crunch and Cranberry crunch are slightly lower in calories and contain less carbs. I tend to stick with them because I'm carb sensitive.
