Easy breakfast

pizzle84

I will do this!!!
I do EE and for breakfast i normally have porridge or weetabix but im getting pretty bored! Have you got any ideas for filling, quick and EASY breakfasts??

How about some scrambled eggs on toast?

Magic Porridge has to be the easiest breakfast ever. 28g of porridge oats soaked in a muller lite of your choice overnight and throw a few berries in.

Or, one of my favourites, strawberry alpen light, crumbled in a bowl with a strawberry mullerlite and some strawberries and blackberries.

WOW magic porridge!! do you just soak it and its ready to eat in the morning? MLM that is amazing - means you can save a HEA for cheeeeese :D:D definitely trying this one out for tomorrows brekkie! xx

Iv tried magic porridge and didn't like it at all, maybe its because i used a toffee mullerlight. Im pretty bored of porridge though magic or not :(

Yes, and its really nice!! Just cover it, stick in the fridge and get it out in the morning! Job done!

Edit - obviously not for everyones taste though :D

Total 2% yogurt (half a syn) and a tub of blueberries or a sliced banana. Takes seconds to prepare and is really filling.

i mostly have yogurt and fruit for breakfast.
but sometimes i have had 2 poached eggs and beans/toms...a full cooked breakfast...sausage sarnie...bacon sarnie and when in hurry a hi fi bar!

I like to save my milk for coffee and tea, so i put a free yog on my cereal.

I mostly have all bran - you can have 42g of this so more than most other cereals. It is rubbish with milk, but nice with a fruity yog. I mix it with a yog, then chop in a banana, or throw in some raspberries. This is my HB, and so is syn free.

It is ready in seconds and is delicious.

I do a variation of the magic porridge. I just cook the porridge in water to soften it, then leave to cool for a few, then add the yogurt and fruit to it.

Magic Porridge (love the name) works best I think with raspberries and strawberries and in the morning just add a banana..

I'm trying this one tomorrow, I tend to have a full english or crunchy bran, in yog and banana, could I ask do you put the fruit in the night before or in the morning. :)

I like to keep some hard boiled eggs and cooked bacon in the fridge for busy mornings; just peel the eggs and you're good to go.

I put my fruit in at night except for the banana, the fruit soaks up all the liquid and it makes a lovely mushy breakfast and very very filling..

Sliced apple mixed up with low fat yoghurt and add cinnamon to taste. You can add a little splenda if you like. Tastes good straight away or even better prepared the night before. And its portable. Makes a lovely breakfast, lunch or snack and it's free

Well I tried magic porridge this morning, I used a banana and custard muller light yog and put in some raspberries, and then put a slice banana in in the morning and it was deleious, in fact i had to keep my 2 year old grand daughter from eating it all :) will deff be making again!

I am going to try the magic porridge.

I like having a sachet of oat so simple made up with water, microwaved, then add Onken fat free strawberry yoghurt as it's much more creamy and lovely than Mullerlight.

I also love French Toast. Beat up an egg, soak your HXB bread in it then fry in fry light. Feels really unhealthy but tastes soooo good!

I make a breakfast the night before and then re-heat in the microwave.
On an EE day I love: quorn sausages, baked beans, fried tinned potatoes, bacon, eggs and mushrooms - all free!
