Weighed in for first time in the middle of 2 poor days!

Well,

I weighted in for the first time on Saturday morning after a meal out on Friday night (my first real challenge).

Went with what I thought where healthy(ish) options on the menu and wrote the points off for the day as I think it balanced... not a menu that's in the eating out guide though :-(

Weigh in day, felt fat and bloated... 2 lb lost.

Then went to Alton Towers yesterday. Tried to be good and had the Jacket Tate with Tuna Mayo for lunch, couldn't finish it, far too much tuna mayo! (never thought I'd say that) and then was runnind very late home so picked up a chicken kebab (I'd have gone for lamb before and not realised chicken would be healthier!)

Written off all but 4 of the day's points which I'm thinking is about right for:

2 Weetabix and Semi Milk (3 pts)
Jacket Tate and Tuna Mayo (9 points? 2.5 for that tate leaves 6.5 for tuna mayo? Sounds fair...)
Chicken Kebab (4 pts, EOG)
Half a portion of Chips (4 pts? EOG from memory)
Bag of Snack a Jacks (1.5 pts)
WW Mini Roll (2 points)
Banana (1.5 points)

Totalling that up to be roughly 25 points.

The day seemed very indulgant, but learning the lessons of what's better and worse to eat and it's not so difficult, can still be semi-naughty, if I've got my numbers right!

Hope you're all well. =)

It's hard to estimate things really, but have you looked up Tuna and Mayo Jacket Spud in the EOG? I sometimes look at two or three outlets and then take an average or even the highest points value. Also, did you have any other milk in the day in drinks and stuff?

It's certainly not a standard 'healthy' day, but if you stayed within points then it shouldn't affect your weight loss and good job on changing your diet to make healthier options. That's the whole lifestyle change thing.

Oh, and well done on your 2lbs. Great job!

well done on your 2lb off!

Its not a healthy day but you have recognised that which is the main thing, the next step is just making little changes in a healthier direction and you will do just fine!

good luck! :)
