hiya i have looked in my book and i cant find this please could some one tell me if its a healthy extra and how much in weight thanks

Other than cheddar, only the softer low fat cheeses listed such as Mozzarella, feta and ricotta xx

I've got some in my fridge (after trying it at a bbq). It has been there for weeks without being eaten as I'm not sure to do with it. We don't have a bbq, so I haven't worked out what else to do with it.... Any suggestions? (Sorry to OP for hijacking!!!)

either dry fry it in cubes and have it with salad with a little raspberry balsamic vinegar. Or make it into kebabs and grill it. yummy yummy xx
