Shellbell's Food Diary - Only 7-10lb left to go! Pics Included

Hi guys, this is my second attempt at a food diary... I am supposedly only 1/2lb away from target but am not quite happy yet so going to extend it by a further 7 - 10lb. Here goes!

Extra Easy

Breakfast - Banana, WW Yoghurt

Lunch - Jacket potato, beans, cheese (HEA)

Dinner - Homepride curry sauce (8.5 syns), onions, chicken, rice, green beans.

Snacks

  • 1/2 cadbury twirl = 5.5 syns
  • 2 slices Nimble (HEB), Ham, 1 tbsp flora extra light (1.5 syns)
  • Plum

Total syns = 15.5
Drinks = 1.5 litres water

Not a very good day today, not planned and been rather busy! Definitely need to up my superfree tomorrow!
