Not sure if you are an SW member and go to class but they have a sauces book £4.95 and i love it!! Most are syn free or very low syns! Most of my sauces are made with herbs/spices which are all free and the Fat Free Yoghurt or Fat free Fromage Frais. I highly recommend Yeo Valley FAT FREE Vanilla Yoghurt, they do a natual plain one but i find it a bit thick and gloopy not good for a dip. The vanilla is more runny and flavour not noticeable and when you add your herbs and spices...yummee!!

My favourite salad dressing/dip is:

Yeo Valley as above - I use half pot 250g
1 Red chilli sliced deseeded - sliced very finely (or you can blend it)
Fresh Coriander - not dried! A good handful finely chopped.

Mix together with a spoon, perfect for on salads, with SW fries, SW wedges and yummy on home made free SW burgers so on...to be honest its in my fridge made up all the time and will keep until the date of the yoghurt. It is slightly spicy. Me and the hubby love it, kids find it too hot! Basically tweak until you find the right balance for you. Best of all its £1 usually for 500g pot and chillies are about 50p for 3 and fresh coriander is about 70p for a bunch or buy a pot in the supermarket and water it, cheaper in the long and re-grows. I grow my own now!
