does anyone remember me

i joined rc dec last year but u decided to give up cos i lost one of my pots and i only re found it and i want to start again i have the books and nnow the pots but i cannot remember a thing about the diet

i am going to be weighing in at home and with the help of everyone on here i can achieve my goals

my name is jackie cable and a lady called sara sez was my mate on msn but i couldn't remember my email addy or password had to set it all up and lost her details

i would love get back inn touch with her as she was a great help so sarah if you are still hanging around hello

can we swap email addy's and chat on msn again coz i miss ya with your help and my wedding is now 4 weeks away and would love to lose 10lbs in that time
 
Sarah is still on here! And yes she is a BIG help.

10lbs in 4 weeks is achievable if you are following inch loss plan and i'd say with your wedding in 4 weeks to spur you on you have a good chance at being ultra good.

The first 2 weeks 1200 cals, 200 breakfast,50 power snack x 2, 300 lunch,400 dinner, 200 milk.

Everything under 5% fat (look at nutrition value per 100ml/g and check fat is below 5g) Free diet drinks, drink plenty of water, and do lots of excercise.

week 3 and 4, 1400 cals, as above but add in Pudding 100 cals and a high fat snack or glass of alcohol 100 cals.
