For those who do them and post them daily, do you feel it helps you keep on track more and does it help you in any other ways, such as motivation?
 
I personally use mine to keep track and so that i can actually look back on my week as a whole see my syns, what i ate and make a judgement about the effect that had on WI. Also i cook alot so i post pictures so i can remeber recipes easier and if they are worth repeating.
