I am sooooo tempted

Step away from the Kebab!!!! :D

First of all Nicki - think about how much you REALLY want that binge as opposed to how much you want to lose weight. Will half an hour's eating really be worth it? I know the food tastes great, but afterwards what are we left with? More hard work to do, and the chance of some side effects (assuming that you've taken your Xenical today).

Secondly, is there something else that you could have that would seem like a treat, but won't result in a complete binge? A low fat curry or something like that maybe?
Or could you perhaps make your own kebab? Not with kebab meat obviously, but something more healthy with loads of salad piled in to bulk it up a bit.

And lastly, think about why you want to binge in the first place. Is it a Friday night routine that you could maybe try to break, or is it that you've allowed yourself to get far too hungry today so you feel like you could eat anything and everything. If so, perhaps try having a small, healthy snack, and see if that takes the edge of the urge to binge!

And if all else fails, and you really MUST have it....then make sure you enjoy it, but draw a line under it straight away and don't let it spiral into a weekend of naughty treats.

Let us know what you decide to do!
And good luck xx

They really r, but no matter how much I think I want this kebab, I want to lose weight even more. Has anyone had probs with sagging tummys?

Well done on the willpower.

I find that giving in for something like this for me is more often a case of me just not having the right foods in to make a meal for the family, and getting a takeaway is just the easiest option.

I have a saggy tum, but then I've lost just over 8 stone, and to be honest I'd rather have the saggy one than the one I had previously ;)

I, too, have a saggy tun but this is also due to 2 huge babies having been in there as well as weight loss. Like Ali, I'd rather have the weight loss. And the babies...
