Marmite/Vitamin B12 question

I've been feeling really pants for a long time now, sleeping all the time, forgetful and generally quite 'dumb' Anyway, yesterday I was told I have a vitamin B12 defficiency. I'm over the moon that it solves all my symptoms, but now I need to organise my diet so I get more of it. I have tablets for the next 3 months, but eating more is the long term cure.

I've found out marmite has loads of it.. is it point free or am I wishful thinking? Its only got a tiy amount of calories and no fat.

Can anyone else reccomend any foods or meal ideas?

I was thinking a glass of milk every day would help, but I dont like milk so thought about putting some milkshake stuff in, does anyone know any low point milk shakes?

beef, condensed milk, milk, hard cheese, pork, turkey, lamb, haddock, cod, kidneys, liver, duck, mussels, eggs, fatty fish, pate, rabbit, sardines are all exampleds of foods rich in b12

hope this helps
