Costa Food

Afternoon Peeps x

I've been scouring the threads (loving the treats one) and I'm trying to find a few more syn results for Costa &Starbucks. I've found that Carrot cake is 23
Chocolate muffin is 26.5
Tiffin is 21.1 (doesn't look big enough for all those syns)

I know the Syns/Hex for the lattes hot chocs etc but not too much about their food. Is there something like a rule of thumb that if a product is so many calories/fat per 100g it works out to be so many syns??

The items I would love to know are...

Breakfast loaf 100g
346kcal / P5.0g /F14.5g /C48.9g

Cherry & almond muffin 100g
358kcl / P13.5 / F15.5 / C40.0

Mushroom flat bread 100g
248kcal / P13.1 / F10.2 / C25.9

Fruit & nut seed bar 100g
423kcal / P7.5 / F20.3 / C52.5

Thanks to anyone in advance for finding out the syns value on may favourite coffee treats xx

i'm drooling just writing this down...

As these wouldn't have any free food allowances, I'd say
Breakfast loaf - 17.5
Cherry muffin - 18
Mushroom flatbread - 12.5
Fruit nut and seed bar - 21

all for 100g.

I'd say - just have a cuppa!

Thank you jaylou x

I tell ya, it's a scary thought just what sort of food I used to put into my belly. I'd be under the impression that because the b/fast loaf had carrots, fruit and was wholemeal that it was alright. Ha!!

I clearly live in a dream world when it comes to food... :8855:

I used to think my fave granola bar was healthy because of the seeds etc... it's as bad syn wise as rocky road!

Can anyone help....I went to Costa coffee for lunch and the only non bread item was italian mozzarella and slow roasted tomato pasta. Does anyone know the syn value please?? Thanks!!
