Hi everyone

I have started WW again today (1st weigh in since feb and I weigh more now than when i started!!!)

I need to do an internet shop and i wondered if i could pick your brain for your staple low points foods that you couldn't do without in the week?

It's not recipe ideas i need so much as low pint snackable food (my colleague swears by pink and white wafers at 0.5 points each and Quorn sausages 1 point each.)

Breakfast, lunch and dinner seems so far apart so what low point foods do you all snack on?

fruit
Small tins of soup, or cup a soup
Crackerbread and ham
yogurt

I try not to snack to much just grab fruit or yogurt.

Baked walkers are nice 1 1/2 pt's a packet for something to grab

walkers french fries are only 1 point a bag
tinned mandarins in juice are 1.5 points for the tin
tesco big salt & vinegar rice cakes are 0.5 each

I love my snacks

Hi. I snack on celery dipped in houmous, low cal salsa, laughing cow soft cheese only half a point per triangle .
Monster munch from a multipack only 1.5 points.
And i make a batch of 0 point tomato soup and a batch of cauliflower and brocolli soup and freeze them in seperate containers, great for filling up on and getting your veg intake.

I like snacking on cherry tomatoes with a little pepper sprinkled on them !

Strawberries....cold from the fridge.

sugar free jelly for 0 points
The usual 0 point veggy soup
Thats what used to keep me going
