Hello,
I have had stuffed pasta for lunch. It's good for you pasta from asda with veggies in. I know the pasta is free and veggies are free on the back it says 10% ricotta. so how do i syn this up? If i put the whole fat and calories into a syn calculator it would be too many because it wouldn't know my pasta and veg parts were free?

Thanks

I take you can't find it on the website? Was it a ready meal type thing? On the syns calculator it allows you to enter the free food and then does the calculation without the free. If that makes sense. :)

I didnt think fresh pasta was free.

hi,
i tried the calculator and it said 8.5 syns. I presumed it wouldn't be any/many :)

I only started SW this week so i'm entering into it slowly and using everything up in my house anyway as i can't afford not to. But when i shop again i'll avoid stuffed pasta!

I'm used to WW so that lunch would have been alright!

Thanks for you replies. Looking forward to doing a shop and sticking to this 100%. I lost 3 and half stone on WW and got to goal. Put 11 pounds back on and cannot face pointing again so thought this would be ideal.

cheers

Just remember you cant add the pasta as a free food into the calculator, as fresh pasta isnt free. I wish it was, as I love fresh pasta.

The pasta isn't free, plus they use oil to stop it sticking, and the filling would have syns due to the cheese and other ingredients that bind it together.
