A Very Determined Bunny!!
I 've had 3 meals already and no dinner yet!
I have been so hungry today for some reason, I was fine this morning I was busy with things and had scrambled egg x3 eggs before i went! Lunch was prawns and stri fry vege with soy and 3 eggs! then just now got hungry again and had 3 rashers of bacon fat cut off of course and another 3 eggs scrambled! Yep on a red day but why so hungry??

I think thats too many eggs! Eat some superfree!

Hi

It might be cos its mostly watery stuff - maybe.

Bacon/prawns not that filling not like a steak or chicken breast -perhaps have some fruit and yogurt to fill you up - mind you I did and just eaten a cream cake - 13 syns (13) Bad girl - no syns tomorrow for me!

Kats:)

If you can eat that many eggs and they don't disagree with you, then that's fine. Some people can't - personally I can eat loads of them with no problems.

Everything you have mentioned is either free or superfree - seems fine to me. It's just one of those hungry days, that's all. We all get them.

Eggs are free food so technically you can eat as many as you want but I think from a cholestral point of view its recommended that we don't have more than 5 a week, I might have the figure slightly wrong.

Eggs are also very binding so if you carry on eating that many you might end up getting constipated.

I think as a one off it's ok but I would n't do it regularly.

Try to have something more solid to eat that will fill you up as has been said before.

Sw used to say no more than 10 eggs a week but the latest medical research shows no link between eggs and high cholesterol so they have changed it now.

Egg safety

Here's a link to an interesting article on the good news about eggs!! I often have about 4 a day and I find them one of my life-savers on SW! I often have an omlette for breakfast and it really fills me up for hours and it means I can save my HEXs for later. I also love them in salads, egg mayo in pitta bread for lunch and as a snack if I'm peckish and don't know what to have! Because I have a lot of fruit and veg and fibre from other sources I don't have a problem with constipation.XXXX

we all get hungry days hun, dont fret about it too much. have you had your HEXs yet? x

Some people do find they are hungrier on Red days, just from what I've read on the board .... maybe try a Green day tomorrow, fill up on wholewheat pasta, rice or potatoes and see if that satisfies you more?

Sorry for late reply DB - agreed with all the previous posts - I always thought eating too many eggs is not good for you but with SW I think they say no more than 10 a week...

Try to have more solid type of meat on Red days like chicken, as this seems to fill you up more. Green days have pasta, rice, cous cous and chuck in whatever you like (Free food of course) recent recipe in SW Red pepper cous cous was yummy and filling.

Hope that helps a little

Don't worry, I always seem to have breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper ;)
As long as it's on plan and you are genuinely hungry I don't think it should be a problem. Many diets recommend several small meals in a day rather than 3 big ones :)

Hi DB

Not sure what happened as thought I had replied to you - Sorry.

Agreed with what has been said.

Think SW are you meant to have no more than 10 eggs a week - think that might be too much for me personally.

I tend to fill up on bulker meat like chicken breast etc (think back and prawns not that filling?)

But you have two A and two B - don't forget to use them..

Kats:)
