Morrisons meat free hot dogs

I got some today but they're not in the book or syns online, I tried to do the syns calculator, but it came out at 6.5 syns for 2 sausages.... Did i do it right? Seems a lot considering meat hot dogs are less than that (Princes are only 1.5 each).

What is the main ingredient? Should you have included a free food allowance?

The main ingredient is rehydrated wheat protein at 34%

Sounds yummy! But that'll explain why they are so high in syns I think. FF soya protein is syn free but these are wheat-based. Some of the Sainsbury's meat free stuff is also high in syns.

Can't help with the Morrison's ones, but I have some Tesco ones and I think they are around 1.5syns Really nice too!
