alternative to roast potatoes

Roasted baby new potatoes..
they taste like mini little jacket potatoes that are lovely and crispy on the outside and yummy and fluffy on the outside...
This is my first recipe suggestion.. let me know what you think!
You will need:
half bag of baby new potatoes
1 teaspoon of olive oil (i think its 2 syns)
dried rosemary
1 clove of garlic
sea salt.
pre heat oven to 190
Part boil the potatoes (skins on)
drain off the water and pat dry
toss them in the olive oil till they are coated
sprinkle them in salt and rosemary
chop garlic in two (leave skin on)
put all into baking tray
bake on 190 until potatoes go all golden and crispy (about 10-15 mins)

Perfect on an extra easy day with roast chicken and tons of veg!

I make mine very similar only I use frylight rather than Olive Oil - love roast pots!!

I also use the seasoning jars from Swartz & that way have lots of diff flavours, hubby loves chilli & garlic!!
