Well I'm not a CD virgin! I was when I first joined minimins though a few years ago.

I tried Cambridge a few years ago and loved it and as of today restarted and am at my heaviest weight yet Am starting though with my gorgeous boyfriend (jaffar on here) and we look forward to sharing stories and support with u!

Today went well! All packs down and 3 litres of water

As Lisa has said we started today this is my first time on CD not been working for a while after being paid off the weights piled on, but together we can do it as a couple and be happy again
