Hi all,

Just thought id say hi to everyone, Im a newbie and started lipotrim just over 2 weeks ago.

Was very pleased with my first week....infact I nearly fell off the chair. I lost 1stone and 4lbs!! I went for my second way in on Friday and id lost a further 5lbs!

All in all it has been very worth it and the successful weigh in's seem to spur me on even more!

I'm 22 and 5'10'', i am a pretty physical fit guy really i completed the blackpool half marathon a couple of months back, along with the manchester 10k aswell as other charity/fun runs, and ive just signed up for the manchester to blackpool bike ride. I am an amateur boxer and also play a lot of football! The problem is my bmi says im 'obese' and i have always struggled shifting the weight i have re-applied for the army as i was in a few years back and for the medical your bmi has to be healthy, i have tried numerous diets but none seem to work but know it seems i have found the answer in lipotrim. Its been really really tough but the results speak for them selves!

Hope to hear from some of you soon

Dave

Welcome and well done on your weight loss so far.......WOW ......you seem very fit with all the exercise you do ......so im sure you will soon be in the healthy range soon....good luck and keep us posted on your progress x

Hey Dave,

Fabulous results- sounds like you'll be at your goal weight in no time. I don't pay too much attention to BMI. If you went by that then all of England's rugby team are classed obese. My Dad does a lot of weights and does throwing events like hammer and shot putt. He's not got any spare fat on him and yet his BMI classes him as obese.

You're in a good position because you're really active so I bet you'll be looking fit and fab in no time!

Best of luck!!!

Good luck with your journey - for a worthwhile objective too.:)
It's strange that with a physically demanding job as the forces, they dont take into consideration that some people's weight may be down to muscle? :p
My fella's in the Royal Marines and he is classed as obese I think which is hilarious cause he's just muscly! Well he's probably all skin and bone now actually cause he's in Afghanistan since March
Anyway, you sound like you are doing a fantastic job. You'll find lots of support on here, I'm new too but have been made to feel very welcome :)

Thank you for all the kind replys.

I will keep you all posted next weigh in on fri so cant wait!

I never used to take any notice of bmi like you said pro rugby players are classed as obese! its crazy but unfortunately the army dont see it that way! but when your in you can be any weight as long as your physically fit!

It will be worth it in the end tho!

Thanks again guys :)

I salute your fella and he's doing a grand job! and he'll be home safe and sound!

Hi Dave, welcome and well done on the weight loss. You will get so much support on here, it's a life saver for me! my husband used to do a lot of bodybuilding and his BMI is 40, but he isn't fat! I think the armed forces should re look at the BMI! x
