too many eggs?

Is there such a thing on this diet? I seem to be having lots of Omelettes, or boiled eggs. Can you have too many?

I worry about this sometimes myself, but they're free on SW and as far as I know, as long as you don't have any serious cholesterol issues as many as you want in a week is fine. That said, I try to mix it up - some days I don't have eggs at all, maybe some fish or beef etc.

No i don't think so they are free so see how many recipes you can come up with?

thankyou both! I just worry that they will be bad for me long term! I do love them though! A colleague at work has chickens so she's given me 6 eggs today.. got 2 on the go now. hopefully they are lovely! x

i think its fine to have lots of eggs but i have herd they make u have bad consterpation but i think eating lots of fruit will balance it out. x

Some people say that too many eggs disagree with them, but if that doesn't happen to you, then go ahead. They are a really good source of protein and lots of other good things.

Eggs are no longer considered to cause problems with cholesterol. In fact, they are an incredibly good source of all sorts of lovely stuff. They are a free food and so do not need to be limited in any way. However, with any food, too much of the same stuff will get boring, so make sure you keep your diet varied and eat eggs as you would with any balanced healthy eating plan.
