Hi I am new to this, I am currently calorie counting to lose weight, so far I have lost 36lbs, and previously on this diet I came down from 16st3lbs losing 38lbs so in total I have lost 74lbs. Now I am at standstill nothing I do will shift the weight I have increased exercise but still nothing I have got 13lbs to lose which I would like to have lost by the end of July (my original target was May but that didn't happen).
Any ideas???
