Hi all
I'm new here. Started SW last Thursday night, weighing in at 13st, 13lbs. My first goal is 10%, which is 12st 7lbs.
Ultimately, I'd like to lose around 5stone (which I did a few years back with Rosemary Conley, but it all crept back on!!).
Anyway, I know it's only day 4, but feeling pretty positive. Trying some new foods out and have just made a frozen strawberry yogurt desert for later
