Bad weekend

Hi all,

im so glad the weekends over. I gave in to cravings, which im not happy or proud about. Knocked me out of ketosis so feel horrid this morning but its nothing less than i deserve. I have no excuses for this, just cravings getting the better of me. On the bright side i now know what to look out for.
Wont happen again thats for sure. Advice to others: dont give in to cravings it isnt worth it. Puts all your hard work down the toilet. :(

Hey there... It's not easy and I think the first wee while is going to be the worst. Just put it down to a blip and know that tthis can happen... It's not the end of your progress! Hang in there and I look forward to hearing how things go...

Aww hunny I really feel for you this is so hard. Not because you ate something but because you feel so bad:hug99: Try not to feel guilty or feel you have done anything wrong.

You will soon be back in Ketosis it might just take you slighter longer to reach goal that's all. The crux of staying slim is how you mentally deal with times like these. The less impact you allow this the have on you emotionally the more you are on the road to long term healthy eating habits.

You do not 'deserve' to feel horrid you deserve a big :wow: for what you have achieved so far and what you are yet to achieve :)

Lots of luck xxx

Thanks guys, for a while the guilt was overwhelming and made me think i wasnt cut out for LT. Made me realise i can do this, so long as i dont slip up again ill be fine. Checked the scales too, put back on 2lbs. Not too bad and will be taken care of for my WI on thurs. Once again thanks to you :)

It's happened, it's not going to happen again so just move on and get back on those shakes and look forward to your weigh in on Thursday.

You are strong, stay positive and you can do this, you know you can. Good luck for the rest of the week and stick to it 100%.

Yesterday was yesterday today is a new day- look forward not backwards hun- you know what you did, you know the signs now this week it will be better ;)

Don't beat yourself up....just get back on the band wagon and use it as a learning experience. Next time you fancy eating...just remember that giving in didn't feel good afterwards!

xx
