Evening all, I have a MAJOR sweet tooth and always seem to crave chocolate.

Have you any suggestions before I blow it and eat the whole packet of kit kats!!!

I am thinking of maybe making some creamy moose kind of thing with quark, greek yoghurt, swettner and chocolate cocoa or options? what do you think?

I have just eaten a syn free pancake, a strawberry jelly and a munch bunch yoghurt and I can't stop!!:sigh:

have you tried these
i usually stir them up and get rid of all the bubbles and its like eating melted chocolate
Cadbury Light Mousse, Chocolate, ½ Fat, 4 pack, chilled 55g pot

What about an options hot chocolate? they are only a couple of syns each.

If you have your HEXa left you could make it all with milk to make it extra special!!

Claire - I usually just stir a options sachet into a mixture of quark and vlf natural yoghurt. If you've got any of the options indulgence sachets they are only 3 syns - yummy!

I love having this mix with grapes. Nom nom!

Alternatively - I'd go for Mikados or maltesers (that's what I had today), either of which are 1/2 a syn each :)

I'm having an options hot choc right now, with a little milk added and some marshmallows sprinkled on top (4.5 syns per 28g for haribo marshmallows)) I even have a few marshmallows left over to munch on afterwards as I couldn't fit the whole 28g into the cup! It certainly satisfies my sweet tooth.

I too have a very sweet tooth although I'm managing to control it quite well at the moment. I often make a chocolate mousse kind of thing that is really lovely. I mix a chocolate options into a tub of very low fat fromage frais and splenda sugar to taste and its so so nice.

I've just polished off two, yes TWO, 13g milky bars. Only 7 syns all in though. :D

Sometimes a sweet tooth requires chocolate. I'd been trying to placate with fruit all night but it wasn't working.

I find the Muller Light Yoghurts are really good for a sweet tooth. Especially Toffee, Vanilla & Chocolate or Orange & Chocolate flavours.
The new Kelloggs Fibre Plus bars are nice too. 1 bar = 1 hexb.

Are milky bars the white chocolate ones? If it is then 7 syns is really good for 2 of those and I might have to treat myself to them one day this week.

I have to have choccy daily. I usually have curly wirly 6.5 or freddos 5 or the flat diary milk 5 mini milky bars 3.5
I also like mini milks 1.5 each esp white and brown ones cause they taste like choccy

What about strawberries dipped in melted Frodo? Or someone on mm suggested fruit kebabs on Mikado sticks? Fruit and chocolate mmmmm

Yep! Just make sure they're the 13g bars as you can get bigger ones which are 7 syns for one.

I definitely recommend the Kellog's Fibre Plus bars - they're really good and you feel like you're having a real treat, when in fact it doesn't even have to have any syn value! :)

If I want chocolate then I have chocolate. I have no syns all day and promise myself a Wispa (11 syns) for after my dinner with a cup of tea, then I dunk and suck and make it last a good 15 minutes.

Worth it.
