Sunday Weigh Ins

Hey there, I am beginning the WW plan from tomorrow. Just wondered if anyone else out there weighs in on a Sunday?

I weighed in today. although this isn't my usual one.

I have started having a rather hectic lifestyle with my hours of work varying over 7 days a week at 8.30am-11pm so I can no long "commit" to just ONE meeting.

So asked the lady today and it doesnt really matter whats important is that I just GO at some point in the week.
So I have decided that Friday, Saturday or Sunday is my day of WI.

I weigh-in on a Sunday at 10am. Lost 3lb this week so I'm happy

I am starting weight watchers on sunday! I have done slimming world before but find it difficult to make lunches for work so have decided to try weight watchers, i am getting married on 27th august 2011 and need to loose as much as possible!
