I'm thinking of starting re feed on wednesday. I had planned to go longer but if I lose 4 pounds at my weigh in that will take me to 11 stones 6 pounds and it will take me in to the healthy BMI for the first time in a long time! I'm starting to feel generally unwell and I'm wondering if it's just my body telling me it's time to stop as I have done this in 2 stages this time and stopped for the same reason last time. I would like to get to 10 stone 7 pounds but do you think I could do this with healthy eating and exercise? x
