Supermarket's own brand of splenda

Hi,

I notice when I last visited Tesco's they do their own version of granulated sweetner which is a lot cheaper then Splenda which also has a low carb count , is it OK to use this ?

i use "1/2 spoon" by silver spoon same carbs half the price by the sugars £1.90/1kg

Tesco Granulated Sweetener 75G Jar is this it? If so then yes its good to use & has less carbs than splenda at only 0.5g carbs per tsp.

Yes I am Jim thanks, head back in the right place, fridge full of meat and this new forum to keep me on track should be a doddle!! I used a forum back in 2002 and found the support invaluable.
