I'm sure everyone will say this is a bad idea. I've done cambridge once, and could only stick to it for two weeks.
Since doing cambridge, I gained all the weight I lost back, but in the past couple of months I've been eating healthy and losing it the 'normal' way.
Well I fell off the wagon for a week because of my birthday. Lots of people have kick start detox type diets after falling off the wagon.. would cambridge be any good for 3 days? I have enough packs
Has anyone done this, then continued with a low calorie diet straight after?
