I have the belvita biscuits (i think thats what they are called!) for breaky and an US bar for lunch.

I like the US ready made shakes, to be honest i haven't tried the SF ready made ones, only the powder so i couldn't comment!

What's an US bar? I've just driven to the nearest big tesco and they have forest of the fruits meal bar but none of the yoghurt meal bar. Does anyone know of any other meal replacement bars?

its ultra slim bar girl27 havnt tried those yet the belvita biscuits are lovely and really filling

boots sell the slim fast meal bars. they are nice but a bit dry. have a glass of water when eating one

I bought a box of asdas dropweight meal bars, the caramel flavour. They're quite nice and not as dry as SF ones. Plus they're cheaper - £3 for 4
