URGENT syn help needed!

i have had a terrible week this week and was supposed to get weighed today but have been ill, i didnt have the energy to cook so we got a takeaway, i got a 10" stuffed crust chicken, mushroom, garlic butter and cheese pizza. i have no clue how many syns this would be and i ate the lot as i hadnt been able to eat much all day with being poorly. i now feel guilty and need to know what the damage is!!!

a place called godfather takeaway near me i normally get chicken kebab but its totm and i wanted, no, needed stodge lol.

oh poo. ha ha i was guessing around 100 but was hoping it was more like 70 (wishful thinking) oh well tomorrow is another day!

ive had a bad week unfortunately but ive had a good reason, i just keep looking at pics from when i was a size 18 and thinking how far ive come, i cant be good every week unfortunately life gets in the way sometimes doesnt it?
