Syns Help

Hi

New to the forum - and love the commenst all you good ladies have.
Did Slimming World long time ago and have decided to give it another go to rid of excess baggage!
Have got books from Ebay - but need to know the su=yns value of the Refreshers Bar Lemon Flavour - its staring at me begging me to eat it but wont till I now how syns is in it.
Am also hoping you lovely bunch can advise if I'm doing it right if I have a query (can't afford to join but as soon as things pick up I will)

Too late - I've eaten it plus A freddo chocolate bar and a bag of Light Choices Pretzels - guessing thats about 12 syns plus....
