Moooooo
Does anyone else have sleep apnoea? I've been on CPAP for a couple of years without much fuss. I look everso attractive at night. Recently though it just doesn't seem to be having the desired effect. I had a routine appointment on Monday at the hospital and told the chap I'd lost nearly 5 stone since the last check up and could it be making a difference. He said if anything it should be getting better and I should need it at a lower pressure which I assumed was the case too but it's getting worse! It's really bothering me because I'd hoped with losing weight that maybe oneday I wouldn't need it anymore but it's going the other way. He said perhaps I was mouth breathing without realising and gave me a chin strap to add to the attractiveness lol but it's made no difference the last few nights.
I'm wondering if anyone has it and that it's got better with losing weight. I'm still hopeful that oneday I can be without the silly machine though it doesn't seem like it at the moment. I'm going to ring up and ask for another study to see if I need the levels increased. I don't want to go back to the hellish years without proper sleep it's driving me mad already!
